hlbjee Terms & Conditions — Know Your Rights

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise. Understanding these definitions is essential before engaging with any service offered by hlbjee.

Access to hlbjee is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all subsequent times during which their account remains active:

• You are at least 18 years of age. hlbjee enforces a strict minimum age policy. No person under the age of 18 is permitted to register an account, make a deposit, claim a bonus, or place a wager on the platform under any circumstances.
• You are accessing the platform as an individual acting on your own behalf, and not as an agent, representative, or proxy for any third party.
• You are not located in, resident in, or accessing the platform from a Restricted Territory where online gambling is prohibited by applicable local, national, or international law.
• You are of sound mind, acting voluntarily, and fully understand the financial risks associated with gambling activities.
• You have not previously had an hlbjee account closed for breach of these Terms & Conditions, and are not subject to a self-exclusion order on this platform.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, director, or close relative of hlbjee or any of its technology, payment, or game-supply partners, unless prior written consent has been obtained.

To access the full range of services offered by hlbjee, including placing wagers and processing withdrawals, players must register a single account on the platform. The following rules govern the registration and maintenance of hlbjee accounts:

• One Account Per Player: Each individual may hold only one active account on hlbjee. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any bonuses claimed across them.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and preferred payment method details. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these terms.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. hlbjee will never request your password via email, live chat, or telephone. Any activity carried out under your account credentials is deemed to have been authorised by you.
• Notification of Compromise: If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact hlbjee support immediately at [email protected] so that appropriate protective measures can be taken without delay.
• Account Transfer: hlbjee accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, gift, assign, or otherwise transfer your account or any balance within it to any other person.

hlbjee reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being obliged to provide a reason for the decision.

hlbjee supports a range of payment methods specifically selected to serve Bangladesh players, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The following conditions apply to all deposit and withdrawal transactions processed through the platform:

Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳300. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to the player's account balance.
• Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are processed instantly under normal operating conditions. Processing times for Visa and Mastercard may vary depending on the issuing bank.
• hlbjee does not charge any transaction fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges, for which hlbjee accepts no responsibility.
• All deposit funds must originate from a payment account or card registered in your own name. Third-party funding is strictly prohibited.

Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 15–30 minutes during Bangladesh business hours (10 AM – 10 PM BST, UTC+6). Bank transfers to Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank accounts may take up to 24 hours.
• Withdrawal requests will only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, where technically possible, in order to comply with anti-money-laundering requirements.
• hlbjee reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal. Players are advised to complete identity verification proactively to avoid delays.
• Bonus funds that have not yet satisfied the applicable wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal. Attempting to withdraw unsatisfied bonus funds will result in the bonus being voided.

hlbjee offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players, including the flagship 200% Welcome Bonus. All bonus offers are subject to the following general terms in addition to any specific conditions attached to the individual promotion:

• Welcome Bonus: New players who register and make their first qualifying deposit of ৳300 or more via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay are eligible to receive a 200% bonus on that deposit. The maximum bonus amount, wagering requirements, eligible games, and expiry period are as specified in the current Welcome Bonus offer page at the time of deposit.
• One Bonus Per Player: The Welcome Bonus is available once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address. Any attempt to claim the Welcome Bonus more than once through duplicate accounts will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings.
• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any portion of the bonus or bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The specific multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the terms of that individual offer.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games, sports bets, and table games may contribute a lower percentage. Specific contribution rates are published on the relevant bonus terms page.
• Bonus Expiry: Unclaimed or unsatisfied bonus funds expire after the period specified in the individual bonus terms. Expired bonus funds are removed from the account balance automatically without further notice.
• Abuse Prevention: hlbjee reserves the right to void bonuses and withhold associated winnings where there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing low-risk hedging bets designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk, using automated software, or coordinating with other players to exploit promotional terms.

hlbjee reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotional offer at any time. Players will be notified of material changes to active offers through their registered email address or via a platform notification.

The following rules apply to all wagering activities conducted through the hlbjee platform, whether on casino games, live dealer tables, sports markets, or crash games:

• Game Integrity: All casino games offered on hlbjee use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently tested to ensure fairness and randomness. hlbjee does not manipulate game outcomes in any way.
• Accepted Bets: A bet is only valid once it has been confirmed and accepted by the platform system. In the event of a technical error during bet placement, hlbjee reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the staked amount to the player's balance.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Each game and market has its own minimum and maximum stake limits, which are displayed within the game interface. hlbjee reserves the right to apply additional stake restrictions to individual accounts where unusual betting patterns are detected.
• Sports Betting: All sports bets, including cricket betting on BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers matches, are governed by the specific sports betting rules published on the relevant market pages. In the event of a dispute, the version of the rules in force at the time the bet was accepted shall apply.
• Void Bets: hlbjee reserves the right to void any bet that was placed in error, placed on an event with an obvious pricing mistake, or placed in circumstances where the outcome was already known at the time of bet acceptance.
• Collusion and Fraud: Any player found to be colluding with other players, using automated betting software, or engaging in any form of fraudulent activity will have their account permanently closed and all associated funds forfeited.

hlbjee is committed to providing a safe, fair, and responsible gaming environment for all Bangladesh players. The platform operates on the principle that gambling should be an enjoyable form of entertainment — never a financial necessity or a source of personal hardship. The following responsible gaming provisions are in effect at all times:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account settings. Once applied, a limit takes effect immediately. Any request to increase a deposit limit is subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period before the increase comes into effect.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure session time reminders that notify them of how long they have been playing within a single session. These reminders are available in the account settings panel.
• Reality Checks: hlbjee provides in-session reality check notifications at intervals chosen by the player, displaying the duration of the current session and the net result of activity during that period.
• Self-Exclusion: Any player who feels that gambling is negatively impacting their life may request a temporary self-exclusion (minimum 30 days) or a permanent self-exclusion directly from their account settings or by contacting [email protected]. Self-exclusion requests are processed within one hour of receipt. During the self-exclusion period, the account is suspended, no deposits can be made, and no marketing communications will be sent.
• Account Cooling-Off: Players may request a short-term account cooling-off period of 24 hours, 48 hours, or 7 days during which the account is suspended and no wagering is possible.

hlbjee reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account under the following circumstances, without prior notice where the situation requires immediate action:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or fraudulent personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Use of the platform in a manner that hlbjee reasonably believes constitutes money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity.
• Collusion, use of automated software (bots), or any other form of cheating or unfair advantage.
• Abuse of bonuses or promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play.
• Failure to comply with a KYC verification request within the specified deadline.
• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
• A valid self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder.

Where an account is closed due to a breach by the player, any balance remaining in the account — including real-money funds and bonus funds — may be forfeited at hlbjee's discretion depending on the nature and severity of the breach. Where an account is closed for any reason other than player breach, the available real-money balance (excluding unsatisfied bonus funds) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account for any reason may do so by contacting [email protected]. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within two business days, and the available real-money balance will be returned as described above.
